This sub hits hard and sharp. I run it with a Dayton amp from Parts express. the only issue is the wiring from speaker to speaker (double sub) no info in package. Parts express will explain how to hook it up correctly.

I have come to enjoy the wall-rumbling bass that it generates while watching action-movies. The audessey room-correction/speaker calibration system rightly selected LFE frequency of 100 Hz. I was initially unsure how it would sound since it has 2 relatively small 8 inch drivers but the dual 8 inch drivers seems to compensate for the size. The bass is natural, deep and precise – it doesn't get muddy – does not distort at high volumes.
